The Community Health Nurses WA Conference Organising Committee invites you and your colleagues to participate in the 8th Biennial Community Health Nurses National Conference tobe held in August 2008. The theme this year is “Communities, Connections and Celebrations” and reflects the role that community health nurses play in enabling and supporting these links. This is an opportunity to share your stories, projects, research or poster and be part of an exciting and informative programme.
